Program Description 

Dentek Systems Inc. (“Dentek,” “we,” “us”) uses SMS (text messaging) as a customer care and account communication channel for existing business clients. Messages may include, but are not limited to: 

  • IT service ticket updates and responses 
  • Account notifications and service coordination 
  • Project status updates and scheduling 
  • Maintenance notifications or outage-related communications 
  • Security, compliance, or operational alerts 
  • Responses to inbound SMS messages initiated by you 

Messages are nonmarketing in nature and are sent only in relation to your business relationship with Dentek Systems Inc. 

Message frequency may vary depending on ticket activity, project status, and service needs. 

User Consent (OptIn) 

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Dentek Systems Inc. related to your IT services and account communications. 

You may opt in through one or more of the following methods: 

  • Signing an onboarding or service authorization form 
  • Checking an SMS consent box on a service agreement or client portal 
  • Providing your mobile number to a Dentek representative for service communications 
  • Initiating an SMS conversation with Dentek Systems Inc. 

 

By opting in, you confirm that: 

  • You are authorized to receive messages at the phone number provided 
  • The phone number belongs to you or is assigned to you by your organization 

 

Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. 

Message & Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan. Dentek Systems Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider. 

Message Frequency 

Message frequency will vary based on: 

  • Open or active support tickets 
  • Project milestones or scheduling needs 
  • Account or service-related communications 

Dentek Systems Inc. does not send bulk promotional or marketing SMS messages. 

OptOut Instructions 

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:

After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you reconsent.

Carrier participation and message delivery are subject to network availability.
